Hehe......... I hate lane hoggers that hogs the left lane driving slowly when the right lanes are open and free....
On another note, I was following some friends going to Brampton for an event once (last month). I am not familiar with the roads in Brampton and whereabouts the place I was going. I had to cut off another Silver sedan owner to make a emergency right turn and he honks and got pissed... If you are on this board, I apologize......

LOL, no worries, Renesis, G (and M) drivers are very forgiving (after the initial anger.
).....I'm sure whoever it was didn't give it another thought.

18 wheelers on the 401;
I'm hoping that some day we see the light of day, and return (yes, this was the case when I was a kid) to split speed limits. Michigan and other states do this. Off the top of my head, 110 for cars, 90 for trucks would be good for the 401. By doing so, trucks would not be maxed out and unable to pass each other.
Nothing I love more than sitting behind two transports, one of which is .5 km/h faster than the other, but loses the ten feet gained on every hill, thus making a pass 12 kms long before complete, replete with gathered 40 cars frantic to get past by the time said pass is done. Or better yet, when the guy gives up after 10 kms, and then tucks back in.
Is there a day that goes by in SOnt, where we don't hear of some fatal crash involving a transport?
cheers,
D

I actually see quite a few Gs in Mississauga, but always got the LOOK from them. Maybe because I am YOUNG.

The only place that bugs me is on the open road, not at all in the city, people do have to turn, even on the freeway, I just go around, in a lot of places there are left side off ramps.Originally Posted by Renesis

i hate 18 wheelers on the left-most lane of a 3 lane freeway.
i hate people on cell phones driving like idiots on the road (though i have used my cell on serveral occasions while driving).
i HATE people who cut you off for no reason. eg...i'm on the left lane passing people, some dude cuts in front of me (going slow), then proceeds to stay on the lane for no reason. I mean could understand that if you had to turn left at a further intersection...
i hate people who love to go the same speed as the car beside them.
i hate people who makes people slow down so that they can turn in the road (it's clear that had i been keeping my speed, which wasn't even fast, i would've rammed right into them, but they decide to turn into the road anyways.)

I hate drivers in CA, especially here in Orange and Santa Ana.... When I'm driving down Santa Ana city on Bristol, I get billions of bad looks.... also, they're dicks! They never let me change lanes and cuts me off. Damn them and their riced civics and integras!

Hate it when the car in front of me spray the windshield wiper, esp. when my G is clean which is 99% of the time.

I'm fine with people talking on the phone if they can drive normally. But most people can't. I hate tailgating a$$es who have their high beams on and will not change lanes even when they are clear. I hate people who don't accelerate when entering a highway ramp. And I hate people who drive Civics and Celicas who rev their engine next to me. But I LOVE taking them out when I feel like it.

After getting home from 3M Trim-Line at 407 & Dixie today, I have to agree about the 18 wheel truck traffic on the 401.Originally Posted by derek

In bumper to bumper traffic conditions most of the way, I swear there were as many trucks on the road as cars, and everyone was doing 120kph!
I very reluctantly spent a lot of the trip in the far left lane.
The 407 is ok, but it accounted for only a small part of the trip.
Just as everything came to a massive 'voluminous' halt on the 401 at Trafalgar rd (yet), I thankfully met with the entrance to the ETR and left mostly everyone fretting, sweating and cursing.
I pity anyone who has to go thru that every day......UGGGGGGG.
Besides being nerve racking, it's damned dangerous.
