Ok I've had this installed for some time now but decided to upload some pics cause alot of people are asking me questions and its just easier to have them take a look at this thread. The goal here was to try and keep it looking nice and clean and as close to OEM as possible. I went without a headunit because I already have tons of mp3's and internet radio and plan on connecting an HD reciever to the pc. I have an 800 watt amp that is currently feeding the factory speakers which will be replaced with some infinity kappas. Any way here are some pics

what software are you running, and about how much did this run you? Im going to be doing a DD soon, and a carPC is something ive been looking into for a while. What components are you using/where did you get that? Also how are you accessing the internet? Sorry for all the questions, and thanks for taking the time to answer them! Your ride looks awesome

I'm running windows xp as my operating system, RideRunner as my frontend, Iguidance for my Navigation. I have a 500 gig laptop drive in the pc and I'm using my cell phone for internet, it connects via bluetooth and/or usb. I use to have a sprint aircard but gave that up to cut down cost, besides my 3g phone does just fine. Hit me up with any other questions you may have, we are all here to help and learn

you can tether your iphone and more. I was using a program called airmouse that allowed me to use the screen on my iphone as a touchpad and keyboard, pretty sweet
