I think I've seen someone who put a Mac Mini or iBook into his G35, but I can't seem to find the site where I saw it. For now, you could track down the guy who put his Mac Mini in an M45:

I bought one of these, I think this may be a better option than alot of stand-alone converters.

you do need one when trying to install an AOpen Pandora or Mac Mini into the upper glove box. Unfortunately the "block" that is commonly found surrounding DVI & VGA plugs (you know, that one with the two posts that screw the end into the socket on the board) is too big with the metal brace being where it is in the rear of the upper glove box area.
