New 3M clear bra cleaning?
Noob question...here to learn.
I just had my 3M put on last weekend. The last time I waxed/polished the car was 3+ weeks ago. Ideally, I'd like to put another layer of something on this weekend. I've finally got the time to do a really good detail.
What should I be putting on where? Is there anything I should be watching out for and/or not doing now?

Knock on wood, I have not had any problems scratching my 3M bra. Now that I have said that I am sure it will go down hill.
I use the same last step product (Poorboy's EX-P) on my 3M as I do the rest of the car. My only tip would be that you will want to use front to back motions and apply and remove from front TO back and not the other way around. This will limit the buildup at the edge.
3M suggests the use of Plexus on the film but my installer told me that any wax should do an ample job of protecting the film.

Thanks for the replies! I was wondering about the scratching aspect.
I ran my nail over a bubble and the material seemed to drag when I tried to work it out to the edge.
I was planning on doing a layering of Klasse and then the P21S.
It should be ok on the 3M too? The IP looked gorgeous the last time I did it.

i've had my G for a little over 14 months now. I've had no scratches whatsoever on my clearbra. Then, I read this thread for the first time yesterday. I went outside, spent a good 45 minutes to an hour giving my car a thorough handwash. I went to the barbershop today, came outside, and it was covered in bird $hit. That's okay. No problem. I go to the gym, come outside, and what do I see? A huge scratch running along my bumper through the 3m bra right onto the bumper (meaning it went past the edge of the bra). The irony. The irony.

run away quickly with your hands in your ears
(add a few lalalalala's in case someone is reading it out loud).
Yuck. I feel for you.
