Yep.
You might want to use a plastic razor blade to get it going.
When removing, keep heating the area that is just coming un-adhered. Don't leave a long piece of material to be pulled...In other words, when you pull it off, move your hands close to the hood so that there is little space between. This will insure a stronger removal.
When off, be sure to follow up with rubbing alcohol or a adhesive remover. After, seal with your favorite sealant or wax.
