Micro-fiber

Where can I get good micro-fiber cloths. I bought some crap from autozone called micro fabric, but when applying CG it didnt feel right. L.A area would be good...

I recently just purchased from pakshak.com. after doing a research on several car forums, I found many people recommeneded the mf towels from them. Also they have free shipping for US and canada. I'll have the towels next week and see if they are good quality or not.

I got my micro-fiber stuff from www.properautocare.com.

Just make sure to get 2-3 Big Blue towels to dry off your car.

Okay I'll buy some today. Thanx. Another question though, should i ring out the towel half way through CGing it? it gets pretty wet and I was wondering if it needed to be wringed out

I just bought some sweet micro-fiber rags (and a mit) from a web-site called MicroFiberProductsOnline.com. I just got them yesterday and I have never felt such high quality rags! try COSTCO!!!

They carry packs of 12 *over-sized* micro-fiber towels for $8.69. Easily the best deal in town. Some areas may be sold out or simply do not carry them, however.

that is a good deal, what % polyester are they? probably 80%

I am still using my 3 for $6 TurtleWax brand mf towels, they are 70% polyester (the less the better)

The Big Blue Towel is basically a big microfiber waffle type towel. It's about 2-4 times bigger than your normal microfiber towel. It is basically used to dry your car down. I suggest at least 2 or 3. You can get away with one if you air dry your car with a blower or drive really fast after you have rinsed off your car.

The turtle microfiber towels you got for $6, I would use them for removing any polish/wax i've applied to my car.
