does anyone recommend or have used this on there g35 before? ive been using this on my previous car and it works great, would you guys recommend this? I really dont have time for zaino or time to order the cg and i need to wax it ASAP...

 

I used Mequiars Gold Class on my other cars and have had very good results. This wax will better than no wax on the car. However, recently I bought some Zaino products. I applied it to my SHO first. It has been living outside since the G35 got the garage parking spot. So it is in need of a good waxing more than the G35 does. It took me a long time to prep the paint with the claybar but it was well worth it. I applied the Z-1 then 2 coats of Z5. The shine from zaino is way better than anything I got with the meguiars wax. I suspect it will last a lot longer to. I still want to doa couple of more coats of Z5 then move onto the Z-2

if you can't wait for the zaino, go for some Meguiars Hi-Tech Yellow Wax. they are readily available at pepboys or autozone.

 

I've been wanting to try Zaino and Crystal Guard for some time. However, while I was debating which one to get I bought some Meguiars Gold Class and pretty much just stopped right there. I think the shine is outstanding. It's easy to apply and remove too. I typically put on about 2 or 3 (I'm a fanatic that way) and really like the results. I think it's one of the best waxes out there. It lasts a long time too - I applied my latest 2 coats 4 months ago and the water still beads like it did the first day. I wholeheartedly recommend this product!

I was also using the gold class for the first month or so. Then I bought Zaino. No comparison.

is CG Quick the same as Zaino and and Meguiars Gold Class Wax? Or is it a quick detail spray? will you be able to layer the coats on with all 3 of these products?
