looks sweeeet, btw claybar is not just for overspray.it pulls contaminates from the paint and does a hell of a job,try it once and then feel how smooth the paint feels.

Hey thanks to everyone.. im in melbourne/cocoa area.. about the handles.. they pop up every now and then, im sure you'll find them sometime.. I used mother's claybar and wax from meguiars.. i tell you man the entire car feels like butter right now so nice.. I havent taken it outta the garage cuz it feels to good lol.. as for the hre's i only paid about 3500 on partial sponsor but they retail for the exact set about 6k from HRE. Thanks again for the compliments, I'll take some pics when I get a chance today.

I've never used clay bar before, but my friend showed me this weekend what it does. I waxed the roof and he told me to run my hand thru the paint and I still felt particles. Than I looked close and I still had many black dots of dirt and contaminants on my IP paint. He used Maguiar's Smooth Surface Kit, started with clay bar with some spray, than cleaner wax and it took most of the contaminants off, and my paint has never been so smooth. Bought the kit myself last nite and gonna do the rest of the car.

probably just didn't clay enough, it should feel smooth as ever before polish/wax.

make sure the surface is lubricated, they usually include spray wax to use as the lubricant - good stuff. u will hear like a suction sound when its pickin up dirt, when u dont hear it, you're done. keep kneeding (sp??) the clay as your using it so ur always using a clean area of clay as well. usually i use striaght strokes, rather than circular motion like waxing and polishing
