Removing pet smell?

So I got my wife a 2002 CR-V, and I got a really good deal... it's in very good shape except the previous owner had a smelly dog, and now the whole car smells like a pet shop.
I had the interior steam-cleaned and let it fully dry out, yet it still stinks of pooch. I've tried spraying Fabreeze all over, but it only helped a little.
Does anyone have any ideas to remove the smell? I've heard using an ozone generator will neutralize it, but I can't find a place that rents them, and buying one is an expensive proposition (they run about $500).
Does anyone have any miracle ideas/suggestions/products?

no... but every product he sells is AMAZING.... he even offers u to try any product out, and if u dont like it, return it.....
I would use this product if i were u... It has no odor, and it removes the smells from the car...
If i were u, id throw that in the middle of the car, put up all windows, and sunroof, spray some frebrezze in the car, seats and dont forget headliner...
Leave the car shut, dont open a door or anything for at least 24 hours.

That stuff that jd linked is good. I would also invest in one of these if you're serious about *removing* the smell.

When the car was steam cleaned did they also do the headliner and remove the seats? You need to remove all pet hair/dander then odor bomb to really eliminate the smell.

Pour baking soda in a tray and let it sit there and absorb the odor. This is a pretty good way to actually get rid of the smell, not just cover it up.

Do you know what's in the odor bomb product, as far as active ingredients go?
So far, I've got the following options:
1. Zeolite-based odor-absorbers
2. Baking Soda
3. "odor bomb"
Maybe I should take the shotgun approach and
- get a carpet-speadable Zeolite product
- mix it with baking soda
- apply and vacuum
- then odor bomb it?

I've used them 4 times this summer, once for a van that I steamed for a rotten milk smell, and 3 times for animals. They worked all 4 times but as I mentioned you need to make sure to totally remove the substance creating the odor, in this case the pet dander/hair. I would suggest removing the seats, spread regular baking soda over the entire area and let sit for one hour, vacuum the area as thoroughly as possible, put the seats back in and use the odor bomb.

I'll get a new cabin filter while I'm at it.
