Check your local lowe's for clearance PCs, they got as low as ~$60 but most are all gone now, but $100shipped isn't too bad of a deal, I paid $80 for mine from Lowe's a few weeks back

that's not a horrible price. i think i got mine for 90 at lowes some months ago... your justification should be, "this is an investment for my paint which would cost thousands to replace."

The best I've seen on EBAY was $105 shipped, so I think thats a good deal for a new one.

My friend picked up pc7336 for him and I at Lowes for 59.99 each! I guess it varies by location as to availability though! 80 dollar shipped is a great price also

The PC 7424 (or 7336) is a very decent machine and very well worth buying at $150. $100 is even greater. I picked up my backup to the 7424 at Lowes for $47 on a price match with another Lowes store. I got lucky. It's a great tool in your arsenal of detailing products in the hands of an experienced enthusiast and pro. A rotary, is definitely a skill set that takes many hours to develop.

Man, you Yankees are spoiled. I just visited a Canadian Tire store tonight up here in the Great White North and they wanted $219.99 for the 6" random orbital model. Don't even ask what Infiniti G's go for here.
