Even if they bake it, you shouldn't wax or seal it for 2-3 months. Bodyshops generally cannot bake a car at the temp that the manufacturer can due to the fabric and glue and whatnot that are in your car now as opposed to when it was originally painted. The new paint needs to outgass or it will be very soft and bad. Let it cure.

^ How do you let paint cure most efficiently after a car is repainted? You can't wax/polish, but is it alright to wash it regularly?

Yes, and get as much sun epxosure as possible, and heat the garage if you can. Paint curing time is proportional to temperature
