honestly bro, theres not much you can do. You would have to be constantly brushing the dust off to keep it spotless like you want it to be, im surprised it doesnt get dusty after a couple of minutes like mine does. I just detailed my car for 5-6 hrs. wash, polish , wax...after 10 mins of me being done, all the dust particles came flying on the car. ..sucks but for the 10 mins after i was done it looked beautiful

well thats a major pain in the *** with owning a black car .....looks great right after a wash or detail best color i think but as you know after a few hours perhaps minutes its already getting dusty especially this time of year with all the pollen in the air
put it this way its like dating that gorgeous girl ......you look great side by side but at the same time you know that other guys are really into her ?? take the good with the bad i guess

to get dust off, what i usually do is get a slightly damp microfiber cloth and run it over the paint. No force at all, you dont want to scratch your paint, so no force is necessary, basically just let it glide through.

welcome to planet earth. you will never live in a dust-free environment, unless you park in a vacuum on a regular basis.

i find that the dust that settles on my car is blown off, for the most part, after i have driven for a few kms. not much else a guy can do bro, without becoming ****-retentive about a little dust...

From what I remember Kevin tellling me, Zaino Z6 is only supposed to be used for clean surfaces only, not to remove dust and dirt off your car. What Kevin recommended I use, which I have found to work awesome, is Poorboys Spray & Wipe. This product can be used on a dusty car without worries of harming your paint.

I have Z6 myself and I only use it on clean car now.

oh im not saying you should use it to remove dust, but reading through the provided application instructions and tips and such it says it will reduce the amount of dust actually attracted by 60%

I find that after i cleaned the car, be it waxed or just dried, there is always a slight static electricity that attracts dust and what not to the car. I am figuring it's because the built up static (from buffing or wiping with microfiber) has no where to go(because of the rubber tires, so it's not grounded). What I do is take a cheap metal coat hanger (the kind from dry cleaners will do) and just cut it and hang it on the tail pipe and let it touch the ground. This way it is grounded and static is dissipated. It works for me.
*do so if the car is garaged, if it sits outside, it really doesn't matter too much. It will get dirty anyway.

use a california duster in the morning before you drive to work. then when you get home from work wipe your car down with a mf towel a quick detailer spray. just like what was said above just glide the towel over the paint. you dont have to rub it down hard.
