quickest way to remove dust

my area's kinda dusty for some reason, and my black G gets dusty overnight after i wash it! ive been reading up and it seems like people either use cali duster, QD sprays and wipe, or just use a MF towel and gently remove dust. which one's the best in terms of speed, convenience and safety(paint)? i was thinking the QD sprays and wipe would be safest for a black car? i read a lot of threads about the cali duster leaving light scratches, but that's the fastest way to remove dust, and since the car gets dusty after a day, QD sprays and wipe might be a little too annoying to do everyday. what do you guys recommend?

black car and a daily driver? no real "safe" way to remove dust other
than washing.

your best bet is to use ample wax, calduster, and some Griot's SprayOn
wax. it has super lubricity to keep your MF towel gliding and assist
grit removal, and will keep your finish very slick.

if your car sits outside overnight, just wash it. the contamination will
adhere too much.

yeh my car sits outside overnight, but i wanna find more efficient ways to keep my car looking dust-free, most of the time it's not even dirt, its just dust buildups. even though cali duster is the fastest, im having concerns about scratching. im just looking for something to use between washes, i wash 1-2 times a week.

ill try that, i have the Meg's NXT tech spray wax, will that work too?

Me I use a quick detailing spray that can hide swirls on my dads black sky. So it looks clean and you see no swirls.

the Cali duster works fine JUST no pressure and throw it away when she starts to get dirty. if you use no pressure the product by itself will lift
the dust.

me personally, I use my air compressor since its readily available in the garage

I love and swear by the cali duster IF you know how to use it. If you leave your car out overnight I wouldn't use it. The morning dew and humidity "sets" the dust and then it really doesn't come off as easily and will most likely cause scratching. If the car is garaged, just keep a good layer of wax or sealant on it to help dust slide off more easily. When the car is 100% cooled off, I VERY lightly glide the duster over the car and remove all the dust and then I give the car a wipe down with a qd spray. I did this all last summer and had NO swirling.

Cali duster! Just make sure you don't apply any pressure, and make sure the car's surface is cool to the touch (otherwise, you'll leave wax trails).

Follow up with a QD.

damn son i just picked up a cali duster and im happy to have found a good dust removal tool between washes. i love this thing, i never thought it would've picked up so much dust. even though i park outside, somehow the shelter i'm under prevents me from getting morning dew, dunno why. I just lightly glide the duster across and its AMAZING

i hate this time of year since the pollen gets so bad where you can wash your car in the morning then by mid-afternoon its coated with the darn green thingies i usually just use a detailer spray and do a "quickie" around the car / wheels and then id drive as fast as i could so the pollen wont have a chance to land on the car again hehehe
