Dent removal question.

Well after nearly 5 months of ownership it was bound to happen... I just really wasn't ready for it to happen today. It started out as a regular Monday night. I took the wife to the grocery store, parked way out in the back of the lot as usual (end spot, so only one side to worry about) and when I returned I found not one but two shopping carts against/near my car. What the F*CK man! In total there are 3 creases on my rear fender behind the gas door (2 on metal, one on lower bumper cover) and several assorted scratches. The scratches were the easy part, a little elbow grease + Zaino Z-PC Fusion and they are history, but the dents man, they have got me pissed. What the hell is wrong with people? Do we all have so little regard for other people's sh*t? Is it that hard to return the damn cart when you're done? Really, what the hell gives!!!!!!!!

Ok, now since that is out of my system I have a question to ask about paintless dent removal. Just how effective is it? I am pretty confident it will work on the two creases on the rear fender, but am I SOL on the lower composite bumper cover?

Here's a pic for reference, sorry it's not the best but you can make out the dents if you look in the red box:

I had a dent on my trunk lid and took it to Dent Doctors who does paintless dent removal. They did a super job and cant even tell where the dent was. I think the best is to ask around and see who the best is in your area. They use a bunch of crazy looking tools but it works great. Do your homework first and be patient in finding the best. The dents arent going anywhere, unfortunately. I feel your pain.

Has anyone tried heating up the dented area with a hair dryer for a minute, and then taking a can of compressed "air" and holding it upside down, spraying it on the spot for 10-15 seconds. That is supposed to make the dent pop back out.

Had a big one on my drivers door. Paintless Dent Repair worked flawlessly and it looks like new. Costs about $75.

Thanks for the input guys. One question I still have is the plastic lower bumper cover. Has anyone had a dent repaired here? Is it possible?

I think with plastic, they would have to remove the bumper, heat up the area, and push the dent out from behind. I might be wrong but at least I sound right.
