Why don't you just buy some decent car wash soap and wash it yourself every week or every other week? You don't need to have it hand washed by someone else every other month if you are washing it yourself. Why use Mr. Clean? Just get some microfiber towels, two buckets and some meguiar's car wash soap. All told it will cost less than $40. If you don't wash it for 1-2 months, grime will stick to it and anytime someone accidentally brushed up against it, it will cause swirling and marring in your paint. You need to buy some wax or sealant to protect the paint also. Use the search button.

Optimum No Rinse (ONR) Rinse less wash):
Use as a winter car wash or in areas that have hosepipe bans; reduces water usage to a fraction of a conventional car wash, 1- oz ONR per 2- gallons of water to wash the entire car, ONR is an almost waterless wash that doesn’t require rinsing, its formulated with surfactants to keep dirt in suspension, avoiding surface contact; it also provides surface lubrication, thereby avoiding surface marring.

Use a Monster Fluffy micro fibre towel for washing. Take one towel and wet it with ONR mixed as per directions. Wring it out and make a single pass per clean side of the towel. You can get 4-8 passes, with the towel folded in quarters. Each pass is then done with a perfectly clean towel surface and you're never rinsing any dirt out and releasing it in to your wash or rinse water. You can do the whole car with 2-4 towels. Apply no pressure to the towel. I just glide it over the surface and only make one pass in one direction with a clean surface.

If you use the two bucket method (one fitted with a grit guard) which highly recommended with this type of product, the wash solution will stay clean enough to be reusable as a pre-soak solution or for cleaning wheel surfaces. ONR is formulated to ensure that dirt particles won’t mix with the solution but fall to the bottom of the bucket.

There in no need to rinse afterwards with ONR, but if you feel you must, please ensure that the water goes to a sewer and not a storm drain; either way the lubricating polymers in the No Rinse do a better job of protecting the finish than conventional car soap. Use in tandem with Optimum Spray Wax for a ‘just waxed’ look

If I had to go waterless I would use this stuff. I use Mr Clean in the Friggin bathroom to clean the porcelian not on my paint.

GPang is correct....its made for car washing....
You get a special nozzle applicator that holds the Mr Clean carwash solvent, This sprays water mixed with the soap on to your car....If you want, you can wash it by hand with a good mitt. And then you turn the selector to rinse and the water is filtered through a cartridge that softens the water......So the water "sheets" off your car with little or no drying necessary.....

I was given the kit as a gift for Father's Day...and I have used it once or twice.
I prefer to wash my car the old fashion way....It gives me a chance to check each of the panels for any new nicks/scratches/tar etc.

It will help keep your car clean if you don't want to get more involved other than spray/wash/rinse......
