I am located in the Bay Area and yes, I installed the tint. Reflective tint is really not what I like, but I'll install whatever the customer wants. I personally have Madico's Onyx Series film on all of my cars.........excellent heat reduction!

If I remember correctly, that's 50% all around.

Re: FOR THOSE WONDERING WHAT "MIRROR" TINT LOOKS ON CP
Well, the black outline on the rear quarter panel windows will show up on 50% of any kind of tint - it's simply not dark enough to really mesh with the black outline of the window. I've seen pics of 50% Huper Optik cars done and the rear quarter window outline is highly noticeable as well.

I can't imagine why anyone with a black car would get reflective tint. But I think the reflective tint looks classy on white, silver, and DG. I'm getting tint this Saturday and am trying to get a moderately reflective tint, between 11%-14% reflectivity (neutral very low reflectivity is 8%, 17-18%+ seems to look chrome). Suntek Infinity OP, Sungard Endurance, Solargard HP Quantum, and Llumar Centaur fit this bill. For some reason that Johnson tint looks shinier than the 11% reflectivity it is rated at.
