You should do a search. However I will still help. You may want to use a 3 stage paint system ie: Cleaner, Swirl Remover,& Wax. In the past I used 3M's 3 stage product on my black Accord. I worked the cleaner into the finish first, then put 2 coats of the swirl/scratch removal working it very well into the paint, and then I topped it off with two coats of wax. The car looked great, However it took me about 8 pain staking hours. Their are other products out which are good like [ZAINO] but, I would sugest you prep. the paint first until it is near perfect [no swearls and smooth]. Only then would I use ZAINO, FYI; a paint sealent.

You use either polish the swirls and scratches or you can hide them with glaze and a cleaner wax or sealant.

if your swirls are that bad that they are webbing than you might want to try Menzerna Super Intensive Polish on a orange CCS pad and polish them out with a porter cable or a rotary, if you dont have the necessary tools, doing it by hand wont cut it
