if you ever get it off and don't want it to come back...make sure you put a couple coats of PS21S Carnuaba wax on there...it makes most of the water bead of like glass

i had deep waterspots too and tried the vinegar method. so what i did is use rubbing compound on the area and buff by hand till it gets all hazy then wax after then wash it worked for me so it might work for u
