There's actually been a few threads on this same subject in the past, but I never really hear of anyone actually doing it and posting results. So be sure to post up results after you try this.... hopefully with some before and after photos.

From what I've read it can work but doesn't always depending on the dent.

It would be interesting to see if PDR guys ever use it or have comments.

it seems like it will only work on a small crease not a huge dent.

I've seen this a long time ago... and have tried it myself.

Well, the answer is YES and NO. It will work on the dents on FLAT panels (like hood and doors), but won't work on edged surfaces.

You may also heat up the panels first and use the dust blower by blowing it upside down.

But yeah... don't expect it to REALLY work tho'.

yah, im a trained PDR tech and i dont use that technique. one of the
worst things you can do to paint is shock it with abrupt temperature
changes especially when you're forcefully working with thermal
expansion and contraction between different materials.

i use my regular PDR tools. in fact, my dd's been getting hit pretty
often the last few weeks and seems like i need to fix a ding every weekend.
with the nicer weather people get careless... or it might be just that the
economy sucks and people are frustrated.
