Hi all, I bought a 2007 Laser red coupe a month ago and this past weekend I was playing in a softball tourney, when I came back to my car I noticed that I had water spots all over!! The temp was 95 degrees and I was parked for about 4 hours. Anyway, I tried the clay bar, vinegar and distilled water and none of those items worked. ScratchX took them out and it also made my paint look like new. I am excited to be a member here, and look forward to learning a lot about my new ride. Sorry for no pics.

Welcome to G35driver.com. LR is a hard color to maintain. Almost as hard sas OB. Glad the Scratch X worked out!

I'm glad you got good results. Many people just put it on and wipe it off like wax. You have to realize that you are trying to remove microscopic amounts of clearcoat paint in order to level out the swirls. Thus, you have to rub it in vigorously in order to work the abrasives as Redlude stated. Rub it until it goes clear. Work in small sections of six inches by six inches or less. The car should almost be shaking. You need to work it that hard. It is a good product if you use it correctly.
