Anyone know how to get wax out of rock chips?

Friend waxed a hood the other day and now there is white wax showing in every little nick and chip. Any way to get that out or will detail spray help get rid of it?

I sometimes use a soft toothbrush to remove wax residue. Works great. Wife's makeup brush works really well too, but she generally doesn't go for that.

I also use the soft toothbrush. They work very well for removing excess wax along the creases and edges.

for about $2 you can buy a exterior trim brush, which will definitely get the job done and not mar your paint... next time you are placing a large order of detailing supplies online, just add one of those on... or of course, you could always follow gw's lead and use your wife's make up brush... good luck with that one that though (some chicks dont like that kind of stuff)...
