zaino newbie

are u suppose to or can u add a coat of wax after the desired number of zaino coats are applied?

You don't have to, but some believe that a top coat of wax adds depth to the Zaino.

you can, but i wouldn't because the next time you want to put more zaino on you'll have to strip off that wax with a dawn wash before layering zaino again.

You shouldn't need to, or want to. After you take off the Z2 or Z5 do a quick spray down with Z6. Your car should look like a mirror and feel like glass.

Recommend against wax. Zaino will give you longlasting, hard coat. Wax is very soft and will "boil" off in no time. Z6 over time really improves depth of shine. Zaino is 3 coats in a day. If you really want, the next week, after you wash, do another coat of Z2 (no ZFX req'd). (always along with Z6). I've used the stuff for over a year. I have a thick enough coat now that I'm loathe to strip (though I will likely come the holidays).
