alright so my brother is 8 (yea im like wtf mang!!) and he was sitting in the front seat no booster or nothing. he just had an "accident." so i have to remove the entire seat from the car to get out the bottom cushion?

I'd take it to an upholstery shop first to have them take it apart so you can clean it. Also, be careful when cleaning the leather- the odor is less on the leather and more on the cushion since the leather has a polyurethane sealant as a protectant. Use Lexol to clean and replenish the leather, and a microfier towel- be gentle tho.
If the urine has penetrated into the leather fibers, you may have some problems. Urine is slightly acidic, has inorganic salts and will turn into an ammonia-like smell that comes from the breakdown of the urea if left too long in one spot. If left in the leather fibers too long, urine will slowly break them down, but not enough for you to worry about unless you're keeping the car for 25 years or 1 million miles.
