Pee in the seats SWEET.
NICE so the other week i took my brother home from school (a 20 minute drive) and all of the sudden he starts crying, i looked and saw that he was sitting in a POOL of ****. i almost started to cry too. we got home and i tryed to soak it all up with towels but it had already seeped into the perf'd leather seats. i dried the top but still knew what dwelled beneath the surface. i poured turtle wax leather cleaner on it out of desperation. now my car smells like pee and i want to shoot my self every time i drive ((((((
should i flush it out with water, take the entire seat out and wash the cushion... HELPP please!!

I'm assuming this is the rear seat. If so, the bottom cushion simply lifts out. I would then suggest pulling back the leather and cutting the necessary "hog rings" to get the entire cover off. I'd then clean the leather and foam backing then hit the real problem, the foam cushion. That's what's causing most of the smell. Once you get all that cleaned, then reinstall the cover. You'll have to buy hog rings and tool used to crimp them, but it's cheap ($15 total). It's the only way to get the smell out.

doesn't cali require a booster? my niece is 5, and she's still in a booster, and she's been potty trained for like four years now... this whole incident doesn't make sense to me, it seems to me that SOMETHING would have to MAKE the kid **** without warning, and if he isn't potty trained, he's probably supposed to be in a booster still...
back on topic, i'd venture to say that most people won't be able to lay the leather back down right after removing the hog rings... i'd take to an upholstery shop for that... otherwise i think you wont get the tension you need and it'll have bubbles/wrinkles... just my 2 cents

I'd take it to an upholstery shop first to have them take it apart so you can clean it. Also, be careful when cleaning the leather- the odor is less on the leather and more on the cushion since the leather has a polyurethane sealant as a protectant. Use Lexol to clean and replenish the leather, and a microfier towel- be gentle tho.
If the urine has penetrated into the leather fibers, you may have some problems. Urine is slightly acidic, has inorganic salts and will turn into an ammonia-like smell that comes from the breakdown of the urea if left too long in one spot. If left in the leather fibers too long, urine will slowly break them down, but not enough for you to worry about unless you're keeping the car for 25 years or 1 million miles.
Good Luck
