Use warm water on a microfiber first on all surfaces (except electronics) and then use Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner (they have one specifically for interiors), then finish w/ a vinyl dressing and leather conditioner.

Meguiars makes a nice Interior Quick Detailer that offers UV protection for your dash/vinyl areas.

For the leather seats:

Leatherique > all*

Any APC diluted will work great. For spots in your carpet, get Folex
from Lowes or Home Depot. Best stuff I have ever used. I hear that
Woolite diluted works great for leather cleaning but I have always used diluted
APC whether it be Megs or some other brand. I use Purple Power because
you can get it at Lowes or Home Depot. As far as a Protectant, use 303
protectant. Don't use anything that is silicone based.
