My 2 cents is that if works great but doesn't last, like most (cheap) wax!

Re: Rain X Wax

the same can be said about cheap wh0r... err, what?

i wonder if the wax will need as much buffing work as the window stuff. that would be enough for me to avoid trying it.

yeah but your great at buffing things out.....a major plus in that area, though I know you don't want to waste your arm on the car!

Yeah, I read the bottle and looked it over a coupe of times, but never took it home.

Its like 8.99 at Andersons (haven't seen at Wal-Mart yet) I assumed that it was cheap 13 fl. oz bottle for 9 bucks.

They have a quick wax thats supposted to be like CG!

I'm just assuming anything else!

Re: Rain X Wax

nothing is like CG. NOTHING! lol. anyway...

dyenboy... if you try it out, i'd like to see some pics and a small write-up. rain-x is a godsend and on light drizzles, i don't even have to use my wipers.

Re: Rain X Wax

Don, I've used it, It goes on easy and comes off easy. Lasts a pretty decent while also. I'm pretty satisfied with it. The black box was the first wax out. Now i believe it comes in a Blue box. I used the Black box paste, and the Blue Bottle instant wax. Try it if you don't like it you can always use something else.......Not a major investment like Zaino......
