Help!!! Debadge gone wrong!!!!!

Unhappy Help!!! Debadge gone wrong!!!!!

So yesterday I was debadging my 04 sedan and I used a hair dryer and goo gone. After I debadge it and remove da glue. I notice I could see like a shadow wit all the letter in my trunk I N F I N I T I I was like wtf . I try to waxed it but nothing. Anybody knows how to fix it!!!!?

I had the same thing.
Don't worry, after a few days the shadow will fade away.

Damn is there anyway to fix it? My boy told me that I could get it buffer and it would come off

I had the same problem, but with the G35x. It took me a few weeks to realize that I had my rear bumper painted due to an accident before.

Same problem I had. Looks like the idiots left the letters on and sprayed clear over some dirt. Ended up just putting the letters back on.

I had someone sandpapered it and it's not as noticeable really.

^ Sandpaper! oh no wth! You should of use compound or some Polish. I hope they did not go too deep.

The marks generally disappear within a month, not really 2 weeks lol, but its not noticeable to anyone, unless they try to look.

I think he meant wet sand. It's okay to do that as long as you don't burn the clear.

Not for amateurs though.

I got rid of it using 3m scratch remover. If that doesn't work, try goo-gone. that will work.
