Rim repair results..

I hit a sidewalk and took the paint off off my rims and some scraping, if i bring it a rim/tires shop to fix it, will the results actually look pretty good. I know all labor is done by the shop but will it look..obviously not the way it looks stock but looks unnoticeable enough

i have repaired rims before at work (work at a body shop) and if done right depending on how bad the rim is it should look good as new.

iTzTeddy, you can have your wheel repaired. Look in your Yellowpages under wheel repair, there should be several in your area. Tell them what you have and how it's damaged, shop around for the best price....easy!

I curbed the High polished lip on one of my Work Wheels.. Took it to a wheel repair shop that was highly recommended.... I can't even tell that the rim was ever damaged!!! Definitely happy with the results...

I was amazed at the wheel work a certain Manhattan dealer did to the OEM wheels to sell me my G.
I couldn't tell....until the rework wheel(s) started to chip a couple weeks ago.
Now I'm not sure what to do.
Those guys were very thorough - don't get me wrong. I'm just a real PITA. But it should last more than 7-8 months under normal conditions & washing

I think I want a new set of wheels, but don't want to spend a grand to do so.
Plus all the nice wheels come in 18+ and i just got new tires for my 17's

Sorry I ramble.
