Clear bra problem

Clear bra problem
I had my bumper repainted. Then the car sat for a little over a month so the paint can cure and it wasn't driven at all to preserve the new paint.
Bumper was then buffed and it looked good and new.
I went to get clear bra installed and now when you look at the bumper you see all these little sparkles all over it. I have no idea where they came from.
I watched the guy install it and the bumper was cleaned before and all he used to put it on was soapy water.
You can't see them unless close to the car, but it upsets me of going through all this trouble and it looking like this.

I wonder if maybe that is some sort of dust that got trapped on the sticky side of the bra while he was installing. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, especially if they do any sort of polishing or buffing in the same shop. It looks like very small particles, but it is irritating nonetheless!

I had a clear bra installed last week. The installer had to pull off and redo the hood portion, because of dirt specks in the film. He said that the film sometimes comes that way. Fortunately he noticed it and redid it. I was in the waiting room, so I didn't see what it looked like with the specks in it.
There should be no problem having it replaced with good film, under the warranty.

I paid $750. It takes a lot of technique to install the film so it looks good. I had the film installed, on a Lexus GS, several years ago and was happy with it. I've had some other nice cars that I didn't have the protective film installed and was sorry I didn't.
I think if you go into most of the nicer luxury car forums, in the same price range or above the cost of the Infiniti, you will read the same complaints about how that maker's paint seems to chip worse then other car model they have owned.
