Yea im going to go buy a clay bar soon. I tried the Invisible Glass and the razor and...it didn't work out too well.

I can't really tell from the pick, but are you sure this is all on the inside? I know you said you removed some with nail polish and now it doesn't work. Looks like hard water to me, but again without seeing it in person it is kind of hard to tell. Clay Bar would be the only other thing I can think of.....or a new windshield.

Yea this is all on the inside. When the nail polished worked it never erased any from the outside, only from the inside.
