Is that oxidation under the touch-up paint? What part of the car is it? To be honest, the rest of the paint doesn't look right either. Looks like too much "orange peel" . Has the whole car ever been repainted?
Looks like you are going to need a new paint job.

Thanks for the reply, the car was dirty when I took this pic. I think the paint is still fine just needs to get rid of these touch up paint blobs.

That looks like a repaint with bad prep work.

Are you guys talking about the overall paint of the car or just the blob? Please let me know coz I really don't know if this car got repainted with OEM paint. How much do you guys it will run me if I repaint the car? I don't know any good auto body shop here in nj that will do the job right the first time.

I am. Even the paint surrounding the blobs looks a little off. It's hard to tell from the pictures. What colour is the car? Can you give us a couple pics from a little further away?
Wet sanding isn't going to fix those touch-up areas because it looks like it is rusted underneath the bubbled paint.

Actually the touch up paint used is not even the same paint code as oem, that's 1 problem. You have to trust me the overall paint is still good it's just that I took this picture when the car was really dirty. The color of the car is suppose to be obsidian black. I just emailed DetailerDomain about their service but I don't know if it's a detailer's job to remove the blob and touch up the paint? Or is it a auto body shop job?

Thats a ton of orange peel for an Infiniti OEM paintjob. Looks like a bad respray was done on the car.

not trying to rain on your parade but it looks like orange peel to me too, and I would go to a body shop instead of a detail shop.

Wet sand it. Don't bother with a clay bar, it's useless here.

There's no such thing as OEM paint as different factories in different regions will use different makes of paint, even though they may be building the same cars under the same brand... but there is a difference in paint quality. This really just looks like poor prep work and maybe a sh*tty clear.

Thanks for the feedbacks guys. I checked up the whole car and did some macro(using camera) inspections to it and it looks like there are "orange peels" on the whole front of the car (front bumper, hood, left/right fenders). I didn't even realize since you guys pointed out in the picture. Thanks again. I guess the problem is bigger than I thought, now I have to re-prioritize my mods again.
