Zaino hit the scene back in the late 1990's, however they have fallen off. They do have some great products. If you prefer your car look like plastic, Zaino is the way to go.

Is that wax? Well, if it is i don't use it. I use Maguires! So far it's the best!

i read somewhere that when the heat hits carnuba wax it becomes sticky in a sense that dust and dirt stick to it easier. Something like that. I'll try to find where i heard that.

Zaino is so yesterday IMO. There's better stuff out there that'll give you the same results with less work and for less $$.

When wax starts to break down!! Is that the 6 month point? I have never ever not wax my car for a six month period, as no wax or polish out there is true to their claim to protect for six months. That maybe true if it's a showroom car sitting on a dealer's floor inside a building. But any car that is driven, your nice wax job is done the first time it rains and you're driving through the mixes of oil and other crap on the road.

I've been using meguires for a while too and also use other products, Black magic, and mothers synthetic. I always come back to Meguires. I'm really not loyal to any brand. The one that makes my car shines the most and gets water to bead up and roll of gets my $$$$

I love my Zaino products, my vehicles are stored outside all year and the Zaino seems to give the best , longest lasting protection that I have come across.

Dude! Maguries is the best out there. They have video competing against other products out there and nothing can compare to it.

It's a Polymer Sealant. It's got some pros and cons but if you are willing to put the proper time into it's application, the results are amazing.
The pro I like most about Zaino is it's longevity. It holds up well to the elements... most importantly sun light and heat.
Their tire dressing and leather care is also fantastic.

Dig around in here for a while...

Hate to burst your bubble, but meguires is FAR from the best stuff. Some stuff is good (like their swirl removers), but the rest is just mainstream, OTC stuff.

Go on some reputable detailing forums and read up on what the pros actually use
