Touch up paint fail...

Wasn't paying attention and when I leaned over the car, I got some spilled on the bottom of tyhe hood and some on the grill. Wiped it off right away but there is still a little streak that is left on the hood/grill... My cousin told me I could use break dust cleaner or something because thats what they used at BMW..

What are my other options? It's not bad, it just bothers me because I know its there.

Wouldn't doubt it, BMW are hacks.

Clay bar and a polish should take it off. A clay bar is often used to remove overspray and stuck on debris.

The car was polished and waxed about a month before this touch up paint incident so I should be okay... looks like the rain took some off or maybe it's the poor lighting lol...

Soap up the area, clay bar it, and then polish it?

Brake cleaner will remove all your paint. Wheel cleaner is an acid and will etch your paint. Either one is bad. Do as directed above and tell your cousin to stop giving out bad advice.

Haha, like everyone said, claybar + polish. If it doesn't get off the grill, maybe you can paint it! :O hehe
