Sheepskin wash mittens

Has anyone use one of them sheepskin mittens to wash their car? Any damage on the paint when using this?

From what I have read, people frown upon using sheepskin on the car. Most people who are into detailing their cars use Microfiber Wash Mits to wash their car.
