Just be careful when using solvents. It can mess up your headlights too since they're plastic.

I used nail polish remover. It left a haze though. You could try xylene. That works on plasti dip. Just research.

I hope you aren't trolling lol but no, you are better off removing the vht (like i showed you in the video) and starting fresh if you are serious about blacking out your lights but I highly recommend against it, not only the horrible look but you also reduce the projected visibility of your lights. BlueBat on here sells overlays you could have a tint shop install. Please research and use the search button, not to want to seem like a #@&# but these things have been done and asked hundreds of times..

Acetone in nail polish will eat your plastic. Had no idea VHT was so easy to remove. Not that I will eever put VHT on my lights but thanks for posting the video Jay.

Sadly I suspect not trolling, but reminding us the future of Driver is here and it isn't pretty.

If you want to black them out, another option alternative to VHT/plastidip and overlays is to just paint the housings black, it's safer than installing a film/coat over the lens itself because no light gets obstructed and achieves more or less the same effect while being less ghetto lol
