Zaino over 3M clear bra???

I just received my first shipment of Zaino yesterday, and I plan to apply the system this weekend for my 3 week old 2005 Sedan.

Can I go ahead and apply all of the zaino steps on the clear bra? 3M says to "wash and wax" like you normally would, so I assume this is ok. Also, my car just came off the truck 3 weeks ago and the paint is as smooth as glass. I don't understand why I need to clay bar perfect paint. I understand that some contaminants can bond to the paint in transit to the dealership, but this wasn't the case for my car. Unless you think I'm missing the boat, I'm going to skip the clay bar step for my new baby.

If you run your fingers over the paint and you feel some rough spots or little bumps caused from tree sap and bird droppings or paint overspray, then that's when you use the clay bar. If your paint is as smooth as glass, then I would skip the clay bar step. It would save you a lot of time since you would have to wash your car again after the clay.

I think the best thing you could put over your bra is a product called Plexus. If you cant find Plexus then use Novus 1. Call 1-800-548-6872 for a Novus distributor. The more you use these products, the easier bugs and debris come off.

I have the 3M Clear Bra and use Zaino. I have many coats of Zaino on it.
