I did! All it says is "fit" your Intake into that black plastic thingy.
But what then? It just says "fit it in there and then attach the M.A.S"

I'm guessing I just put the Metal clamp around the Intake and tighten it.
Then put it inside the black plastic thing and from the outside attach the M.A.S with its 4 screws.

But then what are the other 4 screws for??? Am I missing something?

So, I installed it (Stillen intake with Z-tube)... and took it for a drive... everything seems to be ok so far. Here are some pics... does that install look normal?

I was still left with 4 extra screws. I hope I did everything ok. I wonder what they were for...???...

I just installed a z-tube/pop charger and I was left with four screw. I was confused then I realized it was from the four screws that connects the MAS housing to the new air filter bezel. I bet your new one came with four new screws as mine did and you were left with your four old ones? I hope this helps!

don't forget to take off the foam piece off the stock box along with the two clips and mount it onto the opening of the stillen box.

Yes, it does help. I just used the old screws.
Those extra screws did confuse me.
