Taking G to Sewell tomorrow!

I am taking my G into Sewell tomorrow for some warranty work and was wondering if anyone knew who I should talk to there. I am taking it in for some faulty tpms(do not know if it is covered) and a few other TSB's. I would just like to know that the person I am talking to is knowledgeable.

Thanks

I have dealt with Charlie Powell the last few times. He is younger, but knows our cars pretty well. He drives a modded Potiac GTO, so he is pretty cool with the minor mods also....

Well I talked to Troy Dunn today and so far my experience has been awesome. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and they are going to replace my seat that has only a minor tear and seems that they are going to fix pretty much everything guess time will tell!

He is my service advisor and he is great to deal with. One time I came in when he was not available and Charlie Powell took care of me. No complaints there either.

I bought my coupe at Sewell. Even though it is a long drive for me from Plano, I prefer going there. I went to Crest once to get tires installed and it was an ok experience. I had to wait here and there a few times, which never happened to me at Sewell. I have to mention though that Crest service advisor was completely ok with me shipping tires directly to them. I guess, Sewell wouldn't mind either but still worth mentioning.
