I've used Wheels America in Dallas 7-8 times over the past 10 years. They always do me right. Had an issue w/ them refinishing one of my iForged wheels and I was afraid they wouldn't match. Wheels America agreed to redo ALL of them at no cost to make sure they matched.

I cant speak for the Dallas location. Only San Antonio, they wanted to send my wheels to the Dallas location but I was tired of dealing with them at that point

Hmm, I'm sure DT just sent them off to one of the two places mentioned wouldn't you think.

Regardless, they sent them off somewhere I'm sure.

Yes DT sent them off as they don't do refinishing themselves. However, the tires need to be dismounted from the wheels when being sent in and DT took care of that in the 125 price tag...

Man you got a good deal. I went to DT and they charged me $125 per wheel PLUS unmounting/mounting per wheel, and balancing per wheel.

I got JACKED!!!! oh well...wheels are clean now!

So +1 for Wheels America if your doing all 4
Or -1 if you only need 1 done
Color matching is not easy at all... especially when you consider that the other wheels have been exposed to weathering, etc... so they've most likely faded at least a bit already.

IMO, like tint, if you really want it done right, your best bet is to get all 4 repainted at the same time.

Oh yeah, I guess it's probably important to note that I also bought 2 front tires from them at the same time so that's probably what offset the dismount/remount and balance charges on mine. They would only let one tech in their shop even touch my wheels since they have to go very slow with those tires not to scratch the rim...
