If youre that lost, I would suggest looking up VDC in your owners manual. It will have pics and explain what it does as well as how to turn it off and on.

Its just a button, next to your trunk opening button. Press it to turn it off. Press it again to turn it on. Its that simple.

Everytime you turn the ignition on, by default, the VDC will be on. So, just press that button to turn it off. Its that simple.

the EXACT steps I take almost every time i get in my car. It's only when I'm distracted that I forget to reach down there and turn it off. Either way, it'll be off at some point before the drive is complete. I would spend the $40, but not really worth it for our cars. Uber lazy mod. Now, if our cars had traction control modes like a vette, then I could see spending the money.
