2009 NAS SW Regional Championship

I'm competing June 27th, in the Middle Weight Class, at the Arlington Convention Center. We start at 10AM and should be done between 2PM and 3PM.

Come and check it out there's a lot going at the Fitness Expo that day.

STRONGMAN EVENTS:
1. Log Clean and Press for Reps
Masters and LW: 175 MW: 225, HW: 265
Clean and press each rep. 60 second time limit. Wrist wraps and chalk are allowed.

2. Farmers/ Yoke Medley
Masters and LW: 500 Yoke/ 200 Farmers, MW: 600 Yoke/ 250 Farmers, HW: 700 Yoke/ 275 Farmers
50 Feet each way. 60 second time limit. Lifter allowed to drop once and keep going. Distance will be measure at 2nd drop.

3. Seated Arm-over-Arm
LW and Master: Pull a 4-cylinder car. MW and HW: SUV or Truck

4. Max Deadlift
Rising bar. Wessels Rule. Bar starts at 400 pounds and will rise in 50 pound increments. Get in when you want. Belt, chalk and suit are allowed. No baby powder or oil on legs. Any friction reducing substance on the legs or body will not be permitted.

5. Stone Over Bar for Reps
Stone weights LW 235lbs, MW and HW 308lbs. Chalk, belt, tacky and suit are allowed. 60 second time limit.

There's 3 to 4 car shows this weekend, looks like a busy weekend.

But If you don't feel like being in the heat, the Arlington Convention Center has AC
