Plus it would be give me some time to drive the car around make sure all the bugs are worked out. I work for a hotel so I can get a really good deal and take care of the hotel room. Hells yea sounds like a blast maybe we can stay near 6th street for the weekend you know to make sure the cars are good

They have not tore it down yet but they should have it out tomorrow and tearing it down. The did say that the bigger radiator was causing problems with the s/c because it's pushing the piping into the s/c belt I am confused cause it did run like it is but I will do some more research on it. They are sure the block is toast because the hole in the upper portion of the oil pan where the rod went though. Remember I have not seen the car sense it blew I couldn't bring myself to, anyway Cobb said the block might be savable but Uprev said no way just by the hole they said the inside has to be worse. So I guess it's good I already planned on a new block. I also have to find that upper oil pan part now cause that doesn't come with the core I bought from Importparts pro. They did say that it might be done in a couple of weeks So let know if your still up for the road trip.DOMO

Update

Well the heads are toast as well 5 and 6 piston and rods are dust not anything left. So their calling around for some rebuilt heads so is now the time to upgrade the cams too? He said it was like a bomb went off inside the motor not really anyway of telling what really caused the massive failure. I asked him for some pictures so when he emails them to me I will post them up. I am almost going to need another car loan to pay for all this. so I can
