Damn I don't have either of those. I was using a deep socket 14 and somehow the nut is still managing to begin stripping so I sprayed that shiet liberaly with some more pb...playing the waiting game right now

according to the harbor freight site, all they have is the shot filled dead blow hammers and not the sand ones. have to go to northern tool (another good tool store) for one

if you strip it more...and you just cant get it off whatsoever...let me know holmes.. a lil beer goes a long way.. hint hint..

I need to replace bolts on my coils well at least the housing of the strut.

Sorry I ment the nuts but I only need 2 probably gonna have my car taken apart next week so I'll go pick some up from autozone.

they wont sell them at autozone bud...you will have to thread pitch match them by taking off one....go up to home depot or lowes and find the correct thread pitch.


just curious as to why you need 2?? did you strip them?? break them??

There getting stripped because I couldn't find my extender when I installed the strut bar.

okay well be careful..in the event that you tighten down to much you can easily snap off the strut bolts if you tighten them down to hard.

drama, are you saying you found a way to round the nuts on the top of the strut tower where the struts bolts into the tower where the strut bar also mounts? What does the extension have to do with it? I'm so confused... haha

I stripped both of the little fkers

Dammit! How does it strip even with the deep socket??

Thinking about heading to Jakes tomorrow but my impatient nature is wanting to go to a muffler shop today
