I'm prob gonna go to Houston on Sunday to pick my grandparents visiting from Switzerland, so yay putting miles on the G...not but worthwhile since I haven't seen them in a while.

And G2FLIP4, there's quite a few of us OCD about keeping our cars clean too. All this rain lately sucks! It never rains hard enough to wash off the roads, bit rather just enough to wet the road and get it all over our cars I'd spend every weekend washing and waxing the G if I could lol

Ya Ill prob just use the air compressor to blow all the dirt off and then wipe it down with Quik Detailer. If I do that every day or 2, it stays pretty much spotless at all times between washes, but regardless it gets washed atleast once a week, if not twice soemtimes.

Heads up, supposed to rain here in Houston this weekend as well. Taking your wife's accord is probably a good idea.

^I want to do the same...I posted up a thread in the wheels & tires section but no one has responded yet. Any of you guys know if I can go with a 20 or 25mm spacer in the rear and move my 15mm up front? I know the 15mm will fit up front nicely but I'm unsure about the rear. 19x10.5 +24 (+9 with the spacer currently) with a 275/35 tire with camber at -2.2. Are the specs for the rear. What do you guys think?

I think everyone knows my thoughts on large spacers, just from a safety standpoint, moving your wheels out more than an inch (~25mm) is just too dangerous for my blood.. Looks aside..

I have 15mm all the way around, but I admire the look you're going for.. I just think safety first.. I've heard of too many lugs breaking and your car going one way, and the wheel going the other...

I just think if you need more than 15mm then you just need better offset wheels..

And I'm NOT a wheel elitist, I'm just thinking safety..

It's putting irregular and unnecessary stress on the lugs and even with stronger studs, it's still not the best idea. It's best to just order the wheel with the right offset

I'm not sure if they've changed their policy, but last I checked, Discount Tire refused to work on a vehicle that had spacers on it. Too much of a liability.

Yeah I use to run 15mm up front...but every week my lugs on the driver side would become lose. It was scary but I just thought it was something wrong with that spacer, cause the other 3 were working fine no problems. I just took the front ones off and sold them. But now, I found myself wanting to space them out more again.
