Jared do you want my Inven front when I fix it? Shaved sidemarkers and fits pretty damn good. Only bad is the mesh on the grills

So really they are fixing nothing?

well unless they started using new rings or something in their short blocks, no... but I'm guessing they changed something, most OC motors don't come back AFAIK

no offense to any that have worked there, but you generally don't want a dealership tech rebuilding engines... easier to just swap out the whole thing... less risk

Agreed.. They get paid to be fast and get as many cars out the door as possible. Not exactly the mentality you want when someone is building a motor.

install has already been done pretty much....just waiting on little things now....finishing up wire tuck, installing diff tomorrow as my old one is pulled out of car now. have to install modified coolant pipes that are with the powdercoater and then finish installing all the gauges. Picking up my custom AC clock trim piece tomorrow that I had built

So I just got off FB chat w/ the owner of Venaci.. He was asking me how my wheels were and apologizing for the wait (mind you he's in Japan).. He also let me know I have the FIRST set of forged 3 PIECE Venacis in the US..

He said the 2 piece WORK wheels are cast welded.. They don't even come apart.. He was telling me to make sure I send them to the US offices if I ever want them taken apart and they'd take care of anything I needed..

He also mentioned my car being used for poster, catalog, website, and booth appearances in the US when they come to DFW..

Now to find a model to pose w/ her.. hmmmmmmmmmm..

DEFINITELY worth the wait..
