Yeah he wanted some boost, Im trying to sway him to coming the darkside.

Anyways I ordered a new timing cover and rear engine cover for like 40 bucks, god LS parts can be found so cheap for OEM stuff.

New in-cabin Air Filer w/ pics

Changed my in-cabin air filter the other day, 43k mileage and I've never changed it yet.
Here are some pics if anyone hasn't done it before (everyone who looks in here probably knows already):
Glove Box Open

Filter Housing w/o Filter

Dirty OEM Filter

New Fram Filter

Comparison

Filter gives you free foam tape so it doesn't rattle

Glovebox back on

Everything Back Together

Only needed a screwdriver... too easy not to do yourself

Got it for 16 bucks with free 2 day shipping off Amazon Prime. Installed in 10 minutes and it made my car smell fresh as new. Old filter had debris from outside cabin air such as leaf particles and other random things. New filter has carbon filtration and "arm and hammer technology"... whatever that means.
Here's what she looked like after:

Next up: the best trip to Grubbs I've ever had.

Best Grubbs Visit Ever

Took my car in for a bunch of little problems the other day and got it back 2 days later from Grubbs on Airport. Told my service guy all of the problems I'd been having:
Steering wheel cracking/ warping
front left and right door trip chipping
manual shifter not downshifting in d/s mode
windows squeaking and rolling down slowly
headlights foggy
right door speaker rattle

here's what they did for me, it speaks for itself:

I've only had to take my car in for service a couple of times, but when I do Grubbs always takes care of me. No hassle or questions asked. +1 for them.
