[DFW] What have you done to your G Today?

Deemo, there is a tint machine but its not hooked up to their computers. Its up to them to check it correctly. The problem is if your car throws a code its in your computer and you will have to clear the code. After the code is cleared your car has to drive for a certain amount of miles for the code to be completely cleared

To add to what Stephen said, the inspection process involves the tech plugging your car into the inspection computer, so you can't just ignore the code. The machine will know. Tint is a "manual" process as Stephen mentioned, so they can simply "ignore" that part.
And HFC's aren't really always certified to clean up the exhaust enough to give the O2 sensor the idea that a cat is doing its job. Now it is possible that the O2 sensors are bad, but i don't know enough of the history of your car to wager an opinion there.

O2 sensors go bad. Not a terrible thing to replace. If that doesn't fix the problem, its one less thing you have to worry about for a good while. You'll want to clear the code though. Which if you just clear the code, you should be OK long enough to get the inspection done
