Looks like I will be buying some new tools.... I know the Audi uses Torx bolts/screws in a lot of places. I guess I am going to buy a service manual and start reading up....

It wasnt bad taking it apart. All the harnesses make it easy to plug and play. Not sure how it translates from coupe to sedan, couldnt imagine it being hard.

we tried installing chris' old ones in mine and it was a huge mess lol never got past the passenger seat...the motors are different, required a ton of work but upon further research the drivers seat should be plug in play...sedan connectors are four way adjustable and the different motors create an issue

I installed a coupe driver seat in my 04 sedan and got it to work, but I never did the passenger side. There were some changes/splicing required, but nothing crazy. I have the service manual with the wiring diagrams if you need it.
