Im stuck.... I have 2 bolts that are stuck. All they do is rotate in place, they wont back out or tighten.. So its just spinning there in place. I dont really have anything to grab them by. Anyone got any ideas?

No, I tried using a screw driver on the washer, pulling on the rail, nothing.
