Hey - Does anyone know of any good townhomes (or townhome "style" apartments) in the Plano/Frisco/Allen area? I am looking to move out of my current apartment and get a place with a buddy of mine and I'm trying to find something with a townhome type setup. I'm not looking to actually buy one, I just want to rent at this point.

 

I live in a townhouse community in west Plano off Parker road. Most are owners, but there are a few for rent now. Most are 2 bedrooms, and I would guess the prices are in the $1200 to $1500 range. They all have 2 car garages which is nice. If you want more details, let me know and I will see what I can find out. If you want to look, we are located off Parker road just west of Marsh. The ones I live in are a right on Twist (north), but there is a larger (slightly older) development to the left on Twist (south). So, the cross streets are Parker and Twist.

Thanks man! I would definitely be interested in a 2 bedroom place. Any details that you could provide would be great. I'm guessing that they are privately rented, right? (as versus having a leasing office).

 

craigslist it, theres a bunch I saw while looking at houses. There are quite a few rent to own, lease from owner type deals.

 

check out the new ones over on stacy Brit.....in the new mall area. I will find out the name and let you know. My ex-wife and I were looking at them..very nice! I believe all come with a 2 car garage

 

are you talking about those lofts at Watters Creek over in the new "downtown" area off of 75?

 

nope I am talking about the ones at stacy and 75 area...right off highway 5 and greenville in fairview. its right behind the new gold class cinema's

Correct. There is no leasing office. Several are rented through realtors. I am out of town, but I will get you the numbers for the ones that are for rent when I get back on Friday.
